Refund policy

All our items are made to order, therefore we do not accept any returns. 
We will gladly accept  a one time SIZE EXCHANGE if the original, unworn/unwashed item is sent back to us within 7 days of receiving order. Please contact us via familyteestore@gmail.com for the shipping address. Personalized items (such as names changed/added, original text changed , year changed, etc) CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
All Aprons, Bags, Coffee Mug & Drinkwear are final sale, no exchanges accepted.

If your tracking number states that your order was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker. We are not responsible for the delayed, lost or stolen items.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
